GameCube Successor Codename

May 12, 2004

According to IGN, the successor to Nintendo GameCube has a new codename. The next Nintendo console was previously thought to be codenamed 'N5,' based off the fact that it is Nintendo's fifth home console. There were also also a bunch of other names as well, 'GCNext,' being another prime example. And now, yet another codename has been given to the anticipated follow up console -- get ready for the 'Nintendo Revolution!' How true this rumour is is anyone guess, but it sounds better than 'N5' at least.
